Who counts as an active user?

Anyone that participates or follows a meeting counts towards your active users total.

Do you offer a free plan?

Not at this time. We’re a small bootstrapped business focused on creating the best product we can, sustainably. That means charging a fair price for our service to keep it going forever (8 years and counting!) and providing a great experience to our customers.

Can I extend my trial?

All our plans include a free 14 day trial. If by the end of that period you couldn’t really evaluate the product properly, get in touch and we’ll happily extend your trial.

Can I pay via ACH or Check?

The short answer is: no. However, if you’re on a custom enterprise plan we can make arrangements for it.

What about VAT, GST/HST and sales tax?

VAT will only be added to the listed price during checkout when applicable. Basically only if you’re an individual in the EU (i.e. not purchasing for a business with a VAT registration number) or you’re from our home country (Portugal). GST/HST and Sales tax will be added based on each jurisdiction's rules.

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?

Of course! You may cancel your subscription any time you want through the billing portal. It would be great if you could share some feedback so we can learn how to improve.

Can our company's accountant receive the invoices?

Sure! Just go to the billing portal and change the email address linked to your billing information.
